Location near a gondola, and golf course. For tea or coffee visit Le Graal Cafe nearby. Efficient stuff, individually decorated and high-class rooms with great shower, comfy beds and secure locker. Tasty food for all meals.

The location seemed magnificent to an easy blue slope. Besides, we were so close to the hotel's restaurant which offers nice views of the slopes, Torino airport and ski slopes.

The design of the hotel was really good, the hotel is almost new with a modern decoration. The personnel of the hotel was really nice and pleasant.
I didn't try the spa. If you want to access it has a cost of 20€.

The heated boot lockers were a lifesaver for my mornings, making it so easy to start my ski days right. The spa offers a fantastic jacuzzi and steam room, perfect for unwinding after hitting the slopes all day. One small thing to note is that the dinner service could use a bit more staff to keep things running smoothly. 🌟

The heated boot lockers made mornings effortless, keeping equipment warm and ready to go. Enjoying breakfast was good with an assortment of organic fruit, but the dining options could benefit from more variety during dinner. Despite comfortable beds and helpful staff, logistical issues occasionally arose, particularly with the ski shuttle frequency, impacting slope access. The location was convenient, and the room provided ample storage with fridge and kettle.

The Junior Suite was pretty spacious and had a nice balcony which was cool. The bathroom was decent too, but overall the room felt good. Storage was nice with a fridge and a kettle. Nothing too fancy, but it did the job. Kind of what you'd expect for the price, so no big complaints here.

The modern decor throughout the hotel creates an inviting atmosphere, and the heated boot room was a true blessing for my stiff feet after skiing. Plus, the cozy bar area with beautiful views was perfect.
Breakfast variety could be further improved.

missingWrote a review on 24 Febterrace viewsmodern designhigh charges
Modern, stylish design creates a cozy atmosphere. The bar offers amazing terrace views.
High additional charges for amenities can catch guests off guard, like the €20 fee for spa access after 2pm, which feels unnecessary. Room temperature issues were a common complaint, with some rooms reported as too hot. Dining options showed limited variety. For instance, certain menu items were unavailable or poorly executed, not meeting the luxury expectations set by the hotel's ambiance. The ski shuttle service ran infrequently, posing logistical challenges for timely slope access.
